Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your data. If you no longer wish to use QRDine Life, you can request permanent deletion of your restaurant owner account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1 — Email us

Send an email to support@qrdine.life from your registered email address with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Our team will verify your identity and process the request.

Option 2 — From inside the app

Open the QRDine Life app, go to Settings > Delete Account, and confirm the deletion prompt. Your request is submitted instantly.

Settings is reachable from the bottom navigation bar inside the owner app.

What gets deleted

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of a verified request. This includes:

Name, email address, and phone number
Restaurant details (name, address, logo, contact info)
Full menu — categories, items, prices, and photos
All past and pending orders

This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Processing time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently removed from our systems.
